Located at High Lodge Forest Centre just off the B1107 Brandon Road, near Thetford High Lodge Forest Centre offers a welcoming atmosphere with restaurant, large play area, souvenir shopping, "Go Ape" tree walk and summer concerts.

There are a range of cycle trails in Thetford Forest to suit all ages and abilities. We hire the bikes to enable you to enjoy the trails. We also have a variety of special bikes (link to all ability cycles page) for those with limited riding ability. 

Our extensively stocked shop sells every possible item you might need or want for your bike, including new bikes, ex hire / ex demo bikes, clothing and accessories. 

We have a workshop on site which can deal with simple to major repairs - if we can fix it, we’ll be happy to.  

We are open 364 days per year (Only closed Christmas Day)  Minimum hours are 9am ‘til 4pm during winter months.

We are here to help you make the most of your forest.

Please bring with you a PHOTO DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT when hiring as we will only accept these as a deposit.

      Returns policy

      30 day returns on unused products
      Any item, except food, can be returned to us for any reason within 30 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.

      Online or in-store purchases can both be returned to our store free of charge. PayPal and credit/debit card payment can also be returned by post.

      Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. If you decide it is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 30 days to return it if you take it away.

      Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Without a valid receipt for the item we will not be able to do the refund.

       

      Returning your purchase by post

      To return your purchase by post, send us your purchase with a covering letter explaining why it is being returned with your contact details attached and a valid receipt.

      It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment.

      Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 48 hours. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

      If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.
       

      PayPal returns

      Purchases paid for using PayPal can be returned for a refund by post or in store.

       

      Faulty or wrong items received
      We want you to be completely satisfied with you order and we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. Upon receiving your order, if you have an issue or faulty items please call us on 01702 551076 or you can email us using the form on our contact us page. Please have a copy of your order number to hand.

       

      Warranty claims

      All products ordered from Bike Art Hadleigh come with a manufacturer’s warranty which covers manufacturing faults and defects. If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, the easiest way to deal with it is to take advantage of our 7 day opening and take your product in store for assessment. To do this you will need to take your proof of purchase.

      If taking your product in store is not an option then please email us at bikearthadleigh@gmail.com. Please include photographs of your product (please keep below 20mb), your order number (or copy of receipt) so we can start to assess the issue.

      Please note: In some cases the manufacturer/supplier or Bike Art Hadleigh may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will inform you and arrange how to do this.

      On receipt of your goods we will carry out a full inspection & contact you within 3 working days of receipt.

      Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.

      Click & Collect

      Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!

      1. Add your items to your basket

      Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.
       

      2. Checkout using Click & Collect

      Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find your closest store.
       

      3. Choose the store of your choice and collect your items

      Choose a store of your liking, click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you’re ready to collect your item in store.

       

      Frequently Asked Questions

      When can I collect my order?

      For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

      For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

      If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.
       

      How will I know when my order is ready?

      For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
       

      What do I need to collect my order?

      Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

      We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
       

      Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

      Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection. 
       

      How do I cancel/change my order?

      If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.
